These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Orli: Daily Torah Quotes (the "App"), developed and operated by Nandy Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Orli provides daily Torah quotes and related content for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
Orli offers auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock premium features:
Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time by going to your Account Settings in the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to premium features until then.
Price Changes: Subscription prices may change from time to time. If a price increase applies to your subscription, you will be notified in advance and given the opportunity to confirm or cancel before the new price takes effect.
Refunds: All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com.
All content, design, graphics, and other materials in the App are owned by or licensed to Nandy Technologies LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Torah texts and quotes included in the App are sourced from traditional public domain texts. The selection, arrangement, and presentation of content remain our intellectual property.
The Torah quotes and related content provided in Orli are for informational and inspirational purposes only. They do not constitute religious, legal, or professional advice. We strive for accuracy in our content but make no guarantees regarding the completeness or interpretation of any quoted material.
We strive to keep the App available and functioning at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nandy Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
